1、The bidder shall be capable to manufacture the flexible drive unit (semi-mounted, torsion bar type），with its maximal torque over 1050KN-m（or equal to） and maximal torque of stop motor is over 1100KN-m（or equal）.2、The bidder shall provide excellent application performance report for the relevant flexible drive unit to continuously run (with operation rate over 94%) over 15 years.
